3 Simple Gin Recipes

5/4/2020

Just because the shelves are bare doesn’t mean your Gin should suffer!
Below are three simple recipes using our favourite Gins.

GinEva & Tonic
This classic cocktail has been remixed everywhere from Mallorca to South Africa,
spruced up with everything from peppercorns to garnishes that resemble a trip to a salad bar.

However, we find it best when staying true to its origin of simplicity.
You don’t need to use a rare tropical fruit, despite the flamboyant versions.
Just use 3 high-quality ingredients.

It’s really hard to make this undelicious.

What You’ll Need

40 ml of GinEva Signature Gin
1 slice of freshly squeezed lime juice
150ml of Tonic Water
Pour gin and lime juice in a glass over ice, top with tonic, stir briefly, quaff.

Martini
A Martini is one of the most iconic cocktails around.
It’s also one that not a lot of people agree on when it comes to making it the best way.
Gin or Vodka? Stirred or shaken? Ice shards or double strained?

Because there are so many options, it’s always good to start with the tried-and-true
classic recipe for a Martini before you get to customizing your own.

What you’ll need

50ml of Knut Hansen Gin
1 tbsp Vermouth
3 Green Olives
Add liquid ingredients to a glass with ice, stir until frosty and chilled.
Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with olives.

English garden cocktail
Gin, elderflower, apples; 3 simple British ingredients that are perfect for
creating a refreshing summer drink.
English garden is easy to make and could be made into a jug cocktail, too.

What you’ll need

50ml of GinEva Bergamot Gin
25ml of Elderflower Cordial
75ml of Apple juice 75ml

Pour ingredients in a glass over ice, stir thoroughly and enjoy.
