Out of all the GIN EVA Gins, GIN EVA Green Spice turned out to be the most challenging batch for the distiller Stefan.
This Gin was created together with Ingo Holland,
a former Michelin-starred chef from the "Altes Gewürzamt" in Germany.
Ingo stands for the best in quality and has an amazing talent for combining flavours.
Together, they wanted to distil a Gin using only green botanicals.
Stefan wanted to extract that intense green aroma you get when you bite into a sweet, but not yet ripe fruit, offending, but in a good way.
In late 2018, just over 1000 bottles of GIN EVA Green Spice were finally bottled.
