The Distillation Process
GIN EVA is made according to the London Dry Gin method and it is distilled and bottled on the island of Mallorca. We call it Mallorca Dry Gin because we use mostly Mallorcan produce to make it (citrus fruits and juniper sourced from Majorca). We use the entire citrus fruits; skin and pulp, a factor which differentiates us from the rest of gins.
The GIN EVA production process is small and exclusive; we produce just 70 bottles of GIN EVA at each distillation. As we use fresh products in the distillation process, every batch is slightly different and this adds excitement and an element of curiosity to the product.
